Jay conceived of the business and built it from the ground-up spearheading all aspects of the business and focusing on global Sales and Distribution establishing it as a global brand in the shooting sports industry
DataVis
www.data-vis.com Software linking multiple data sources within law enforcement agencies. Provides near real-time insights into data that yield actionable insights. Pipes valuable data to the mobile device to avert ‘blind spots’ by uniting crime, attendance, and productivity data. Jay founded the company, developed the operations and the initial software.
Fortelligent

Fortelligent’s software predicts future customer purchases in on-line and off-line environments. Jay founded Fortelligent in 2001 and developed the business from a concept into a powerhouse in big data analytics. Jay was an executive with WPP from the acquisition until his planned retirement in May, 2011

Leadership and Coaching
My unique experiences cross the divide between software development and manufacturing – a sort of renaissance approach to life, coaching and teamwork. Playing significant roles in the Young President’s Organization (YPO) and the Entrepreneurs Organization (EO) has provided further insights into entrepreneurship. As an empathetic facilitator, I’ve honed skills through off-site retreats and Forums with a focus on coaching in health, wealth and personal relationships. Being a focused marksman on the championship shooting circuit around the world provides for more unique perspectives on success.
